Got a new wheel motor and now it works again

Dismanteled motor. everything looks ok.
i have bought a new\used motor. will test when it arrives.

I will try to mount new hall sensors on my other motor, but i am having trouble identifying the hall sensors. any tips?

My bet on the motor aswell, but i am getting crazy not finding the root cause...
