Automower 220ac Wheel motor problem or pcb?

Hi!

Sorry for writing in english, but here is my problem.

My Mower is a Automower 220AC 2008
With Dunkermotoren wheel motors.

When i try to start automower on the lawn it will only reverse until it drives over the boundary line and gives me a fault code "outside working area"

When i try to start it normal from the docking station it wil try to drive forward out from docking station and get stuck.

If i run a wheel motor test, one motor will run forward and one in reverse, the same motor will run in reverse, connected to right or left side.
this would indicate a problem with the wheel motor which is running in reverse?
But i cant find anything wrong with the wheel motor..
they both measure the same on all connections, i had a scope on the output terminals from hall sensors, they appered similiar on both motors.

Could it still be a faulty motor?

Did your mower work correctly previously? What happened then?

It seems, you have a wrong board version, or a wrong program on the board, but it does not happen by chance

It did work previously.
Had a problem last season with a broken resistor which gave me fault codes "motor blocked."
Replaced that and testet this season.

Did some testing:
wheel motor test.

Motor 1
Connected to left side wires, motor spins clockwise
Connected to right side wires, motor spins counterclockwise.

Motor 2
Connected to left side wires motor spins counterclockwise
Connected to right side wires, motor spins clockwise

It indicates that there is something wrong with one of the motors, but i cannot find anything wrong :)

i made a test setup for hall sensors with led diodes. both motors appear similar.

both motors measure the same resistance on windings.

am i missing something? :)

There's a problem with one of the motors, indeed. Hall sensor probably

My bet on the motor aswell, but i am getting crazy not finding the root cause...

Here is a video how i test the hall sensors. Both motors similar. 🤔
Looks ok to me.

If you dismantle the motor, you could check if the sensors / magnets are in the correct place.

Dismanteled motor. everything looks ok.
i have bought a new\used motor. will test when it arrives. :)

I will try to mount new hall sensors on my other motor, but i am having trouble identifying the hall sensors. any tips?

A little update:

Got a new wheel motor and now it works again :)
