No guide cable following after liion modification

Hi everyone, I have modified 230ACX to liion. As exiting criteria I use max charge time. However when the mower exits the base it doesn't follow guide cable but starts cutting next to the base. The strange parts is that if I select test exits, it follows tha cable as intended and this let me think at a not complete charge (by the side of automower). Has anyone faced a similar situation or knows how to fix?

Hi,

So, the mower exits after the time you have defined for charging.
What is the battery level at that moment ?

For me, if the mower starts mowing it demonstrates that everything is ok and that the battery is charged enough to mow.
The parameter for minimum voltage will send the mower back when needed.

So, I really think that the fact the it doesn't follow the guide wire has nothing to do with the battery/charge system.
Did you correctly configure the "follow guide" settings ? To "0" for example in order always foloow the guide ?

The battery seems not fully charged by the icon on the display like 95% charged. Follow guide line box is checked in menu. Is it anything I can try in your opinion? I was thinking automatically triggering exit test when at a certain voltage or after a while but it is a more complex process
