Bonjour,
sittingbull je reviens sur mon information d'hier !
Voila j'ai réussi à enregistrer ma RS630 ..... il suffisait de mettre le bon N° de série !! Dans le menu service c'est celui qui figure dans Informations - Configuration - Num. Série tond. numéro qui commence par RS.....(+10 chiffres);
Hier j'avais utilisé dans premier temps le Numéro de série de la carte mère >:( (Informations - Configuration - Carte mère - Numéro de série)
Ce matin j'ai reçu un mail de confirmation de Robomow.eu (You have successfully registered to ROSS) (+)

je constate que tu cumule les erreurs 8-)8-)
malheureusement dans mon cas je saisi bien le bon code ( au moins 20 fois ) et ça ne marche pas (no)(no)

j ai enregistrer ta machine..
ton id et mot de passe sont ton adresse mail et numero de serie de ta machine..

Merci popeye mais je l'avais deja enregistré avec la meme adresse mail, mieux vaut 2 foi plutot que 0 lol

Bonsoir à tous,
J'ai essayé d'enregistrer ma machine mais le site demande la [i]Clé d'enregistrement du produit: *[/i] (en plus du n° de produit et n° de série).
Quelqu'un pourrait me dire où il est possible de le trouver?

il s'est juste trompé de marque

Bonjour tout le monde,
Moi j'avais enregistré ma tondeuse en avril 2012, mais à première vu, il faut recommencer depuis la nouvelle version du site web, puisqu'il ne reconnait plus mon login/pwd. Dommage pour moi.
