Lifted / Collision Active

Hello everyone,

I am having problems with my 420. I had similar problems last year which were repaired under warranty. As the weather has been good I switched on my 2016 420 yesterday but it keeps stopping and it says 'LIFTED'. I sometimes get 'COLLISION ACTIVE' as well so I am not sure what is really the problem.

I have been trying to get in to the menu to test the sensors but I cannot access the menu, can someone explain how to access the other menu on the 420? I have taken the lid off and cleaned the rubber around the sensors.

Hi,

To access TOOLS Menu, go back in the Main Menu, then press simultaneously the keys "7" and "9" for 2 seconds.
Idem the hide it when you have finished.

Please go to this section of the forum: "Entretien - Bugs - Dépannage"
Search for this post: "Manuel Utilisateur - Spare Parts - Manuel Technique"
and download your Technical Manual.

Let me know the results of your tests.

I have tried but again nothing happens, should I be on the menu screen with timer, cutting height, security etc when I press 7 and 9? Nothing happens when I try that.

I was going to add a photo of the screen but I can't work out how to add an attachment?

Did you read the Technical Manual? (page #25)
I can not explain better than this...

Hello,
There is nothing more we can do. You have to try and try until you get to that menu.
- go to the main menu
- press 7 & 9 simultaneously for 2 sec

If it doesn't work...try again. Good luck.

I have just been informed that to access the menu on the 420 you hold down '9' for 5-8 seconds so it is different from 430 and 450...
