Automower 310 cant find charging station / follow guide cable

Sorry for writing in English, but I need your help.

My Automower 310 (2018) is having trouble finding the charging station and follow the guide cable to the other end of the garden. The mower works within the boundaries while mowing.

I have tested the guide wire by putting it in both AR and AL. The LED is green in all scenarios.

I have attached two photos of the the F and N values. The first (9290) is from when the Automower is docked and the second (9291) is with the mower 1 meter from the charging station.

Any ideas what the issue can be? Thanks in advance.

Hi !
It looks like a wrong connection somewhere in the peripheral or the guide loop.
First of all, check the connectors behind the station. With moisture these connectors have often a bad connectivity.
Check also the loops resistance ; it should be less than 10 ohms.
